The staff at this resturant are very friendly. They were out of stock of the happy meal toys on my previous visit and had no problems in providing me with the toys upon presenation of the receipt given last order.

McDonald's is a necessary evil - a crowd pleaser for tired hungry children, but this drive-thru gets our order wrong most of the time. I always ask "is that everything?" before I leave, but have often been sent away absent a burger or nuggets, and once without any fries at all for 5 people. When I returned to the drive through on one occasion they did not want to know what I was missing until the collection window, and I then had to wait for 5 minutes in the poorly designed waiting bays. It defies logic.

i am an employee at this store so dont even bother saying that the store is crap i make sure that the place is clean and tidy everytime i am there and i provide excellent customer service. so if you dont like maccas calamvale eat at anyother fast food outlet im sure most of you will have the same experiences

Would not have kids parties there and will not go to kids parties there. What a nightmare. !!! We went there just for dinner to treat the kids for being good, the play centre was closed and the whole place looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, and to make it worse, the young staff continued to walk past the mess without cleaning it. We left very dissappointed.

Quite ideal for families!! I mostly go here on the weekends. Morning coffee and chips. The tidy kids place keeps them busy while me and my wife enjoy a sip. Customer service is alright.

The Drive Thru at Calamvale McDonald's has the worst service I have seen ever. Where has Customer Care gone these Days, They get your meal wrong and when you go back they treat you like your stupid and you have the receipt you pay for there expensive meals and they treat you like this never again.

Gotta Love 24 hour. It really goo d because my boyfriend works late nights so when we can't be bothered cooking it good to know that there is somewhere to go to eat. I love the deli choice rolls and wraps they taste really good and the staff are always really friendly never any problems. =]

As in most McDonald's stores the service and the food was good, the staff were friendly and nothing was a problem when the kids wanted special toys with their meals

Burgers just slapped together, staff look like they don't want to be there. Not the best place. Closed half the restaurant while we were there and told us we needed to move & sit somewhere else while we were eating.
