While the food has generally always been very good at this restaurant, sometimes you literally have to wait up to 20 minutes for your meal, sometimes even longer. On one particular day when I was ordering breakfast, some of the customers started to get very angry and asked to see the manager. Out pops this 15 year old kid who made us all LOL. Sometimes you get your meal much sooner and the drive through section is generally fast. But most of the time I've been there, the service has been lousy ( eating in ). However, good marks for quality of the meals as it is value for money. Certainly better quality than I have had at most mcdonalds.

I had waited for 20 minutes to get my food when I finally went to ask where it was, I was told that they had ran out of the Pasta Zoo!! Nobody had bothered to come and tell me this because if they had I would of changed my order for something else.
