This outlet was busy, not very clean, service was slow and it was not very nice to be seated there for a meal - would not return there again.

This restaurant has a great play area, several levels high and different from most of the other McDonald's. Only negative is that on the weekends it feels very over crowded.

We went here last night as it was the only place open when we needed dinner. I ordered the fish and chips (essentially overcooked fish fingers with fries) but made it clear that I have an intolerance to tartare sauce and if this could be changed to tomato it would be fantastic. The girl at the counter said no worries and told the people cooking. We also had some sweet and sour sauce ordered for our nuggets. Got the order, no sweet and sour sauce and it came with tartare sauce. I went to the counter and then the guys serving grumpily snatched it off me and then tossed the correct sauces across the counter. Would it be so hard to teach the staff some manners, let alone decent customer service. I can't say I expected anything more from a maccas, but being a new store you'd want to impress.

I don't normally review a fast food chain, but I had to this time... these guys sold me a burger that actually looked like it did in the picture!! I was totally amazed! So that was great. However, their service was poor, and the chain does not provide very good value overall, as a rule.

Food is good but customer service is plain. No one smiles or is friendly and they just shove your food at you.

The McDonald's waiting line is not pleasant!! People are constantly pushing in, and there is usually a lack of staff. Although you need to hunt for a table, the food is good quality!

I don't know if you spend more time waiting in line, or continuously repeating your order. I don't understand why they are always so busy? The service isn't great, the orders are usually wrong and the staff are rude, slow and can't listen.

Edit: On a recent visit we spent about 15 minutes waiting in line - when it was finally our turn we were told that register had just closed and we had to join the end of the line next to us. More waiting, we get to the front of the line, my partner tells me 'don't look at the floor' I looked over the counter on the floor and it is absolutely putrid.. what looked like chocolate milk in between the floor tiles, fries and plastic cup lids and unknown substances all over the floor - it was revolting! Ew.

This mcdonalds drives me nuts. It always has a line up that takes over the walkway and I've waited up to fifteen minutes in the line. The queues are awfully long and the wait time for food is just as bad. They also seem to only employ young teenagers which may be part of the problem and once I went there for breakfast only to find the manager had slept in so they wouldn't be ready to serve until lunchtime! Avoid it at all costs!
