Yes, the "service" may be good... but, always check second opinion. I found that this ones are to rip you off, they will do tests that don't need to be done, they will exaggerate diagnosis. They are for the money, but if you like VIP and you are loaded, go for it. I warned you.
It is always very easy to get an appointment with them, and they are always on time. They are very helpful, and the vets are both knowledgable and generous in giving you plenty of time and thoroughly explaining what is wrong with your pet and what needs to occur to remedy.

Our cat had a limp, so we went there without an appointment. The staff were lovely, our cat was treated and we were told to bring her back for a checkup at no cost in 1 week. At the end of the week the vet rang to see how she was and then sent us a lovely HAND written card to welcome us to the clinic. I would not hestitate in returning.
