Max Brenner at Castle Hill is very popular, and you can expect to wait in the queue a while to be served. The drinks and food are delicious though and quite good value for money. The Tutti Fruitti waffles are delicious :)

Often go here for the good stuff, gosh its busy, hard to get a seat, its noisy, though the food is yummy, can recommend it all.
