Not happy at all with customer service!
I purchased Acebeam L18, great torch, advertised as on sale, battery included, big bold lettering, in fine print it said battery not included, and at no point in checkout was an option to purchase the battery, i assumed like it said, battery included.. Received the torch, i couldnt use it, no battery.. Contacted MaxBeam through email and facebook, theyve seen my msg, but never bothered replying.
Had to wait 10days since i had to buy the battery seperate from another supplier..
Turns out what i paid all up, was definately not on sale!
