Best Salon in VICTORIA! Always modern and friendly. Exceptional Service. My mum has been going ther over 30 years and I have been for 20 year, I have gone elsewhere, but always go back! The owner of the salon is always there, so you no your getting exceptional service, he wont let you leave, looking anything less then perfect! Always willing to fit you in, in an emergency and even on sundays for a special event!! Id rate it at 10 stars out of 5!!
