I wouldn't, just had a pedicure done.
WORST EVER

I went and had my nails refilled there yesterday afternoon. The nail technician spoke on her phone the entire time whilst doing my nails. I felt very uncomfortable and under valued as a client. I won’t be going back!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone. It looks good from the outside and the prices are within reason but the staff are horrible.

I went in there for a manicure and pedicure with my sister and her friend. They botched up my pedicure. I had a blood blister on my toe, the technician decided it would be a smart idea of pop it and drain the blister. I was told she was just getting rid of the skin and it was just part of the process. She saw she was causing me pain and didn't care.

Every time I said something or flinched away she would pull my foot back and speak in a foreign language to her friends doing the other pedicures in my party and they would snigger and make remarks back.

This was 2 weeks ago and now and my toe is infected, I am on my second course of antibiotics and it is still not looking much better.

We didn't stay for the manicures and she still tried to charge us because we booked them and she had kept the staff aside and turned away other customers.

Never in my life have I had such bad serve. This place should be shut down or at the least the staff member (and her superior who she consulted) should be fired.

Approximate cost: $40

I went in here yesterday because I saw a big sign in the window advertising lash extensions at a good price. I was seen straight away and the lady was very polite and had a very gentle touch. I have had these done before elsewhere and had a very bad experience but I am happy to say at Matrix they did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them

I have had lots of pedicures before, elsewhere but I have to say this place is my favourite. I have bought gift vouchers for friends and family and today I took my mother-in-law for her first ever pedicure (much to my surprise) she had a fantastic experience. We both had a lovely time. I love the hot stone rubdown on the legs, which is one of the reasons I keep going back.

Approximate cost: $35

What a horrible nail salon.... Brand New Salon, Clean and Tidy. Offering 20% off Grand Opening.. I asked for Shellac pink tip. She painted my nails standing up,and she did it so fast that they looked messy, they are all different size tips they are not a clean sharp edge! Some sides of my nails have more nail polish than the other side.., when I left the salon my nails were catching on my clothes, looked very sore and red and i am highly dissapointed that I spent $32 and a horrible nail job.. (They were my real nails) I wont be back...

Approximate cost: $35
