As soon as I walked in the store (with hubby and 12mth old son), the owner greeted us, asking what I needed. After describing what I wanted she gave me many things to try on, them gave me time to try them all on without becoming a pushy sales woman. While I was trying, my son played with the toys in the play area having a ball! I picked 2 products that were very well priced and great quality. I then had a browse at other clothes-they have so much to look at and it is very well laid out, easy to find what you are looking for. During the transaction the sales lady gave me many helpful hints on products that may be useful in the future. Excellent experience.

wow what can i say! i thought customer service was dead before i walked into this store. the help the very friendly staff give you is top rate. love the shop and the items. will be going back again and again. price and quality is one of the best i have found! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!

The very helpful owner showed me how the store worked - that is, which items were new and which were preloved. Prices are incredibly reasonable compared to other maternity stores. I have been a couple of times now and have no hesitation in recommending it as your first stop when shopping for maternity clothes. I bought swimwear (preloved but it looks new to me) for about a fifth of the new price.

Walked in feeling like this was my last chance to find something to fit me! I was hoping to find one or two items - I found LOTS! Im a size 22 and 28 weeks pregnant and nothing was fitting me anymore - THANK GOODNESS for this store. The lady serving was so helpfull and I couldnt have asked for a better experience! Do yourself a favour - GO & visit them!! So many clothes in so many sizes - I was astounded at how much they had to offer after finding NOTHING in any other store to fit me. Not disappointed at all, very, VERY impressed!

An excellent range of maternity clothing in many sizes. I was able to get everything I was looking for and the lady running the store was extremely helpful.

Love the super-friendly and helpful service (not to mention the constant stream of gummy lollies to keep your energy up!), couches & telly for the partners/kids to wait, huge range of clothes (including a small second-hand range in perfect condition) and reasonable prices - pretty much all under $50, except for some of their party dresses. I wouldn't go anywhere else for maternity-wear to be honest!

I'm a size 22. and it is so hard to find plus-sized maternity clothes. When I do, they are so expensive. So when I visited Brisbane last pregnancy I was told about the Maternity Superstore and ended up buying most of my maternity wardrobe there! Now I'm pregnant in a different season, I've just done the same thing again. There is so much to choose from, and the staff are happy for you to try on as many things as you want. They even offer lollies to keep your blood sugar up during the process! : ) I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, but especially if you are a bigger size and struggling to find clothes. It is a real life saver, and the ladies are so helpful and friendly.

I popped into Maternity Superstore feeling bloated and hot needing summer clothes. Sue offered me help immediately, and selected about 10 pairs of shorts for me to try on, then dresses, then tops. She was AMAZING!! The customer service I received here was the best I have had in a long time (and I work in retail!). She was professional, friendly, kind and helpful. The products they sell are new, but I don't think the very latest releases - but NOTHING is over $50... Great value for money. Great size selection - I am a 16/18 and had no dramas finding clothes to fit my 31 week pregnant body. Would definitely go back and recommend to my friends!! Thank you Sue!!

The staff here are great, I cannot remember the last time I had customer service this great.
As for the products there are so many different things to pick from.
I will defiantly be becoming a regular.
