I have had several great sessions with Sue. She really knows what she is doing and is able to hear my problems and immediately implement a treatment that works! I have been to a few places due to various muscle / tendon issues, Sue has got me to a place where I can do a lot of things I might not be able to do. Great post session support with additional stretching or individual activities to help recover. Highly recommend!

A friend of mine in Newcastle put me onto these guys when I was down visiting. I'd had terrible lower back pain after the long drive down and didn't want it to ruin my holiday. Anyways, I ended up having a 90 minute deep tissue remedial massage with one of the girls there (sorry forgot her name) and it was actually really very good. I had my doubts that she would be strong enough to give me decent pressure but she was plenty strong enough. Although I was a little tender the next day (normal after a strong massage) the following day I felt absolutely brilliant. Zero pain in my back and my spirits were good. That one massage really helped me enjoy the rest of my holiday. Highly recommend these guys if you're looking for a decent massage in Newcastle!
