This is a full-service costume supplier. They have a very wide range to buy or hire, for children and adults. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable; the shop is absolutely packed with stock, so you will find something you need. We hired 2 1920's costumes with lots of individual pieces and accessories. Some worked first time, some didn't and we were able to adjust the pieces and accessories and sizes so that they all worked together. Thank you, guys.

I have been to many costume parties and tried lots of shops and bought online too. This Costume Shop in Kew is amazing. Gorgeous handmade costumes and so many accessories like wigs and shoes. The accessories are all included in the price. Great value. My partner got an amazing Jon Snow and their other Game Of Thrones costumes are incredible. I recommend Masquerade to anyone who likes good, personalised service and a fun atmosphere to shop.

Lovely staff, always ready to help. The collection of costumes is fantastic as well. They have always have something whatever the occasion is so I know I can always rely on them.

I hired a Senorita dress and wig. The lady in the shop was fantastic. Gave me ideas on costumes first before I finally decided on the dress. Then assisted with the wig, suggesting different ways it could be styled.

This shop just keeps getting better. They now have a larger store with more costumes to buy as well as hire. I went to a circus themed party and there were so many choices for me and my friends. Even though We all got our costumes here, we all looked different to each other. one of my friends is a large size and they made her a corset with a matching cute hat and skirt. I have read some of the othe reviews and I didn't find the staff pushy at all. in fact the girls there went out of their way to help us. I am a big fan of this costume shop.

I'd tramed by this place before, and knew it was big, so was optimistic that I'd find something nice for a costume ball. However, the staff were really pushy and made it extremely difficult for me when I tried to say politely that I didn't think this one or that one would suit me. Instead, I had to try on lots of frumpy costumes I knew I didn't want and never found anything good, or didn't drown me in fabric. Went somewhere a lot better in the end

Amazing Experience! I found costumes for my whole family.
Some were hired and we bought some costumes too. They were very patient with my 9yr old son who couldn't decide. I would recommend Masquerade to any one. They even let me return a set of eyelashes that wasn't worn. - no questions asked. Great range of costumes and excellent customer service. I'll be back.

I love this place. I think the staff are very helpful. I agree, It gets pretty busy in there on a Saturday but surely that's because it's so good? They have now doubled the size of their store so the space is not an issue anymore. I have always found the people who work there to be really cool and knowledgeable. The price is about $70 to hire but the costumes all look pretty new. Last time I hred, they made a costume just for me and I hired it for the normal hire price. the fit was perfect! Thats pretty good value I reckon. Sure you can find cheaper... I had tried many costume shops before I found Masquerade but I think this is the best.

I did not find this shop good at all...
I went because I was recommended by someone.. I found the staff Unhelpful.. a little rude, and the shop was tiny and all the costumes bunched up together ..
only after I had to make my husband try on an outfit did they shop assistant seem interested in getting us anything to try on.. we did hire a great Edward Sissorhands costume that was great but when I got it home one of the sissors were broken off so I had to call to make sure they knew and they did but it was not noted anywhere on the paperwork.. and they were a lot more than some of the other places I went...

Lovely costumes. Pleasure to deal with. Staff really go out of their way to assist. Two costumes needed to be hired. One had already been hired out and so the staff ordered another one from o/s and telephoned us within 7 days to say that they could now provide the item that we were after
