Mark McDonald is the principal - marradon built a complicated house for us and after some teething problems during the build, which resulted in a number of defects requiring remedy, the house has turned out to be quite stunning. A building inspector we had inspect the property post handover said to me, and it has since rung in my ears, words to the effect "........the test of a good builder is not the number of defects you find, but whether or not the bulder comes back to fix them all......" I can only say marradon fixed them all, so in this regard we are happy. A significant part of the service provided is that Mark, has a very progressive attitude to building and keeps up with the latest trends in construction - prior to contract Mark gave us some very intuitive ideas about how we might go about certain aspects of the plans and construction. So to this end, are we happy - yes, but building a house is not for the faint hearted!
