My experience with them was great. They picked up the tv and few days after we had it back like new. All process was smooth and simple. They sent emails for every step from the pick up, repair and delivery. We are pleased for their service. I will recommend it to all.

Marks Electronics customer service reps at reception are the most incompetent and rude employees I have ever encountered. The issue is not the repair, the parts process or the delivery - its remembering there's a customer on the other end of the faulty equipment! The Techs dont update the system, leaving the receptionists at a loss - then, when you do call they simply repeat what is in the system, even though the information is weeks old! They asked me to call back for status updates and then gave me weeks old information each time, when I asked whether they could call me back I was told, not if it involves calling you a hundred times, no. The only person to deal with is Andrew, someone with a customer orientation and empathy. To the person I spoke with at reception, know this, I have never, in all my life, had someone be so unbelievably rude and belittling to me - you are a complete disgrace to this and any company you represent and if it weren't for this company, I would imagine you are completely unemployable with your current attitude. I hope you find this feedback useful and learn some customer service skills before you do more damage.

Stay away.
Not only are they incompetent, but they also lie through their teeth and are quick to blame everyone but themselves.
They never once contacted me about my repair, even after it was assessed. Two of their customer service reps had no idea about their online status checking option, but both agreed to take my email address and email me after any change (they didn't).
It was always me that had to call up. So even if it was completed in a timely fashion, I wouldn't have known since they never contacted me. One rep slipped up and mentioned that it had been sitting there for 5 days because they were waiting for me to call back and tell them how to proceed, it would've been even longer if I hadn't called.
Unless you're willing to harass them every single day, stay away.
