I go here regularly both for treatment and for the remedial Pilates classes. Normally I hate exercise but Maria's classes are small, and so well run they make it fun. Most importantly she and her colleagues will adjust any exercise to accommodate your level or any injury you may have. Treatment here works- they will tell you if they think your injury is something which requires a different type of treatment. The exercises they have taught me have helped me get well and stay well. Approx cost of classes is $144 for 8.
