Stayed here two nights in cairns last month,the rooms were ok,a little grubby,and the hallway carpet was dirty,housekeeping needs to clean more.the staff were nice first day but second day were quite rude,the manager Gaye doesn't care about your concerns,does the standard apology etc.we stayed elsewhere and loved it,plus it was half the price.great view though but nothing else.

Went web hunting to find a place where my son could have a holiday away from the city with his friends after a year of operations, illness etc. I came across this place only because I liked the photos of their rooms lol. I explained we wanted a 3 bedroom apartment for the group and making them aware of his condition etc. they treated him like absolute gold. The room itself was beautiful, very clean, new appliances, new furniture, definitely worth the 4.5 star rating. Staff were mega friendly and would check on him twice a day which was so nice. We organised 3 tours and the reception always rang his mobile making sure he was aware of the times and buses. The location is absolutely beautiful, right on the esplanade with perfect views from the balcony. Such easy access down on the front road to eateries and their famous Cairns Night Markets and the grocery shops was just located on the next block. Underground parking was also available for their hire car. Can't thank these guys enough for not just great service but for making his break a very memorable one. Thank you ...
