If I could give a 0 stars I would. I went to see Dr Dade. When I tried to explain why I was there, he humiliated me and even raised his voice. It was so bad that I started crying. I said I was sorry and that I was trying my best to do all the forms correctly but that I was given so much conflicting information that I felt confused. At which point he humiliated me further and was very dismissive of my feelings. He argued that I hadn’t been there for two years and couldn’t expect a medical assessment to be done that day, I said I understood that and agreed with that and explained my reasoning for not going to that medical centre in the last two years is because we are currently in a pandemic and there was no need to. He accused me of putting off the forms for two years, to which I explained I had only received the forms for the medical assessment from child protection in September (2 months prior to my visit). I asked for a tissue, to which he threw down the box beside me and then when I went to explain again he wouldn’t listen and said “we are going around in circles”, said he would use my inability to handle stress within the medical assessment. He offered me bloods to do and then told me to make another appointment. He again said he would never signed anything without all the paperwork, to which I again explained that I brought only what I was told and was happy to come back with it all again. He made comments on my inability to handle stress again, and possible inability to handle children. When I went to respond that I already had two biological children and that I WASN’T crying because I was stressed, but because I was frustrated that we were both in this situation from me being given the wrong information on what to bring and that I’ve been trying so hard to get everything done properly he turned around and dismissed me again.

I went in to get a medical assessment to become a permanent carer for a foster child & left crying in the bathroom of the doctors and in my car for two hours.

I went to see dr Dade. Biggest mistake of my life. I left the clinic wanting to take my own life. He humiliated and made me feel like I was a dirty drug addict. I took a MRI to show the extent of My injury and needed pain killer's. He said he's not there to feed my drug habit. And was actually raising his voice to me and looked at me like I was evil. I thought dr's were there to help you and if needed give pain relief for a proven injury. I will never forget this day as long as I live. He is from Africa or something like that, how dare he come into my country and treat his Aussie patients like this. How does taking pain killer's for an injury automatically make you a drug addict.

Saw one of their doctors who wasn't my regular one, he was really rude and inconsiderate, told me I had come in to many times for the same thing, that's saying something right? If I keep coming in about it maybe it's becUse it hasn't been worked out what's actually the problem?? He basically told me he couldn't do what I asked. No happy.

Doctors good I only have two I would do to though. My biggest problem is with the one older blonde hair lady she is so so rude. I gave her a form for my son immunisations asking her politely if she would like the green book to be told it's an immunisation isn't it so yes in a arrogant tone... I have complained about this women multiple times but nothing seems to happen. Is there anything more you can do?

There are quite a few rude staff members there but there are some doctors who are really nice and helpful and the reason i go back. They bulk bill but expect a small wait even with appointment. The nurses had to do my wound care on my hand and compared to the first lady who just rip off the bandage on raw wound this nurse was super careful and gentle.

Approximate cost: $0

Yet another horrible experience (third visit) I spoke to the pharmacist about my condition at the Manor Lakes pharmacy (next door to the medical centre) and was advised to see a doctor. The last two visits to the medical centre were not pleasant but I thought things may have changed as it had been a while since my last visit (wrong) The receptionist was so arrogant and rude. She asked what was wrong with me and when I told her she told me to make an appointment for later on that evening. I decided not to and went home and called the Home visiting doctor who advised me to go to the nearest ER. I get more empathy, help and service when I take my dog to the vet!

Thats not good to receive such bad service from a medical centre .... or any business for that matter!
Correct me if am wrong, I do not feel it is the place for the receptionist to ask what is wrong with a patient! That's a doctor's job and right to know!

I would have to say that I have no complaint against the Doctors but the Receptionists at the desks, literally will eat in front of you and the personal conversations they have while you sit in the waiting room ad have to hear this appalling

Appalling receptionist L**** who whinged that she was on a break and i should sit down and wait after i'd mentioned i had been waiting for close to an hour and when trying to ask if i'd been forgotten about she grew more flustered. As i sat, she then told other staff members that i was abusive and could not sit and wait for a couple of minutes.

"meret" is 100% corect. Receptionist are bad, appalling and rude . Especially if you go there in afternoon shift. My good. Their desks are fool of food and drinks. Thay just eat and talk on the phone. I do not go there any more. No way

Agree with "meret". 100% agree. It's happening all the time

Agreed here - I had a similar experience with the front desk staff... I waited an hour and a half because people who walked in without appointments (e.g. child with a fever) were told to go before me - even though I had made an appointment for a set time. Just because my medical concern was personal does not mean it was 'less urgent' than others. I couldn't sit in the waiting room from the pain and ended up walking around for an hour and a half...

Doctors are not competent! They do not understand patients nor give the right advise or medication. The staff are lazy! If you are after a doctor do not go here as these are not good doctors and probably go their knowledge from the back of a weet bix box!

Completely agree - I only live 5 minutes down the road from this centre - and now travel 30 minutes each way to see a REAL doctor in a friendly medical environment - Worst Medical Centre I ever had the displeasure of attending

Doctor refused me antibiotics when I had a cold - spent two weeks getting over the symptoms when a simple prescription would of helped me function. Unethical and unprofessional!
