I do not know exactly what the dentist is like because I never got past the receptionist on the phone she was terrible cut me off before I could ask about appointment or anything !! It's a shame someone so rude handles the phones and a patient misses out on a good service!!

I can recommend George Mou as a good gentle dentist. Unfortunately a receptionist ruined my visit to the Winn Street practice yesterday with her very cold and abrupt manner. She did not even greet me when I arrived or departed nor did she apologise about me waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time. I was shocked that such a person could be working frontline with the public. It detracts from the good image of this practice.

I have been taking my family to this surgery for about 4 years, and have found them excellent. They are open Thursday night and on Saturday, which is important when you work full-time. I rarely have had to wait when I arrive for appointments, and the staff are always friendly. The dentist I see is Asian and his English is not he best, but he is lovely and gets his message across. The health fund we are in pays for nearly all costs for the 4 of us, so our visits are always inexpensive

I don't know of anyone who enjoys a visit to the dentist but I can definitely recommend Mango Hill Dental. The dentist who gave me a few fillings explained exactly what was going to happen every step of the way and was very gentle. He didn't try to sell me on any unnecessary work but did what needed to be done. The needles didn't even hurt and I was given just enough to get me through the procedure and they wore off soon after I left the dentist.

My family have all gone to this dentist and found them to be very good and not just do dentistry work on you for the sake of it like some others. I had a dentist who was thorough and gentle and took time to explain what was to be done.

Have previously used the Westfield location of this dental practice many times for my family and are very pleased with the service we receive. I recently used the new Lakeside Medical Centre location and was very impressed with Tony my dentist, who repeatedly made sure I was ok during the procedure and has a very warm and welcoming nature. The receptionist is lovely and engaging. Overall the service is awesome. Definately will recommend!

Had a big problem during long weekend - did not sleep at night and found a great service in this clinic. Doctor was very professional and all surgery above average in equipment with reasonable pricing.

Great dentist. Very gentle and great work. Had around 5 fillings done here and the work is perfect. Couldn't even remember which teeth had been done as no sharp edges or unevenness in the final product. Would definitely go back for any further work.
