These girls are very helpful, return policy complies w the law.Some people think they can go anywhere & shop then return things for an unquestioned refund!I witnessed a woman carry on when refund was refused,Item returned was openened & stuffed back into package & NO RECEIPT!!HELLO
The employees were extremely reude. I brought back an exchange with the receipt and they treated me as if I had no reason to exchange the item. they do not have the authority to ask why I am exchanging the item when I told them that the item was not damaged I just didnt need it.
Actually, the store has every right to ask you why you are returning the item! You are only entitled to an exchange if the product is still sealed, you have a receipt and it is returned within 2 weeks of purchase!
