Worst customer service ever. Ordered food on the eatnow.com.au website - this restaurant has minimum $10 for delivery and charged me an extra $6 for delivery. Fair enough, I ordered for a total of $18 including delivery. Paid online on eatnow.com.au
Received a text message on my phone from eatnow saying that the restaurant accepted the order and delivery would be in 1 hour. After 1 hour, i called the restaurant.

lady on the phone: 'eatnow'?
me: yes - she puts me through to the manager / owner (i guess).

he says: $18 delivery on eatnow?

i go yes, that's right, im just calling to ask the approximate delivery time as it has already been 1 hour. he doesnt even let me finish my sentence and goes: "what is this? u think we are an asian take away shop??'

i seriously could not understand the issue, reminding him that min order was $10 and i also paid for delivery.

he informs me that he will only deliver when he has time and if im not happy i should just log in to my eatnow account and cancel the order. he reminds me that he is not a chinese take away shop and tells me that i am wasting his time on a busy night by talking to him for an $18 order

Service here is a little slow. If you eat in, prepare to be the only customers in the dining room. This is not the place you want to take a date (zero ambiance). The food is tasty but it lacks quality (eg. no white meat chicken in your chicken curry). The value is not bad. Overall, an average restaurant.

very good value for money. the food is fantastic. really very good and properly cooked. Its not expensive. you have feed your family for under 100$.

A welcoming, pleasant atmosphere. The service is very friendly and helpful, eager to please. Papadams with minted yoghurt and water given on arrival when dining in. I reccommend the Lamb Rogan Josh with boiled rice and plain naan.
