DO NOT PAY FOR ANY SERVICES UPFRONT because if yr unhappy with workmanship they don't give refunds. $199 paid prior to commencing a hand wax + polish & Leather Conditioning of car seats. It was a sunny day. So sun glare hid the faults. Got Mercedes SLK 350 Black Exterior home and into carpeted garage , where car has sat for the 2 yrs of ownership, only driven on Weekends where there's no rain in sight. The interior , lower part of windscreen has a deep half a circle, 3 inch scratch. Rear vision mirror was covered in some sort of dried chemical & because the leather had dried the seats looked the same prior to conditioning. The exterior had wave marks on panels Supporting back window. The front and side widows weren't wiped properly to remove wax which was smeared on Windows. Photos were taken from both parties as I requested a refund. I was told that the manager wasn't available but the photos would be passed on. I received a phone call from MHCW
" Complaints Resolutions Consoltant " who once I had repeated my story for the umpteenth time and requested a refund for what I paid & wasn't satisfied with,slightly raised his voice & condescendingly proceeded to tell me they Do Not Give Refunds. He offered me the same service at no charge and in regards to scratch he would have to investigate because their staff aren't allowed to wear jewellery. Then with a slightly higher voice, bordering on a yell, he said, " WE DO HAVE CAMERAS THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE BUSINESS " told him I was happy for him to start reviewing footage. This incident occurred on 13th NOV 2018
Today is the 12th of JAN and haven't heard a thing back from him or anyone else.
Do not waste your money or time with this franchise.
