Please do not spend your hard earned money ordering from this company. I have quite a few of these ornaments that I have purchased in the USA and was so excited to stumble across this company. Their customer service, or should I say lack of is disgraceful. Unfortunately they took my money and were unable to be contacted. Only when I initiated a Paypal complaint did I get a reply to my communications. I was told my item had been posted, however that was untrue and when I communicated again via Paypal, no reply just a refund. Very disappointed, don't waste your time or money.

Such an amazing and exciting website, so many nice things to choose from, can stay on this website for hours! Prices are great and shipping time for me was earlier then expected! great customer service!

I came across Mad about Christmas a little too late this year. as I was looking through the website getting very excited to place my order I read... " To ensure delivery before Christmas, orders must be placed by 5pm 6th December." I then emailed a very polite staff member to ask if there was any way to pick up my order so it would be on time for Christmas. In a very swift reply, with more than enough apologies, It was explained to me that because of limited time and stock my order would not be ready until Late January.
Disappointed but still in love with the ornaments I processed my Order for belated Christmas presents.
And Then...
I woke Up this morning to a package at the front door. Not expecting anything, I wondered what it could be?
I opened it to see inside two beautiful Christmas ornaments!

I am so Happy with the service and general manners of this company. with my order I received a candy cane and a personalised Christmas card. Mad about Christmas has really captured the Happiness and kindness of Christmas.
I look forward to placing my Christmas orders ON TIME next year, and the year after that and the many years after that.

Last year my sister bought myself and my new husband a personalized Christmas ornament for our Christmas tree to celebrate our new marriage and first Christmas as husband and wife and we were delighted. To repay her for the wonderful gift this year I made an order of a personalized Christmas Gift for my sister and her family, I was more than delighted with the result.
