We had trouble with the towing equipment on our caravan, and saw this business as we were driving on the highway through Wagga. We pulled in, and I showed the gentleman (older gent, I assume was Mac?) the problem. Straight away he had one of his repairmen out to help. He said to leave it with them for a couple of hours, he would remove the damaged section and fit new parts. We called back about 2 to 3 hours later, job all completed, even painted, ready to go.
We were most grateful for this fantastic service, with no previous notice, and a clean, professional job done.
A problem that I thought could hold us up for quite some time (a couple of other places that had looked at it said it was going to be quite a big job), was fixed quickly and we were back on our way.
I would highly recommend this business, and the price at around $100 including parts, was also reasonable for the work done.

Approximate cost: $110
