Just recently we had a Very Close pet, which was at a very old age, 16yr old Staffy x Jack russell, she was on her last legs, Not really sure and unable to help her, we took her in to the vet, asap they requested to see her, the Male vet, that took her case upon, was really great, explained all details, of many differant outcomes, in the end to our best interest and our wonderful pet (named) lucky, was time to put her to sleep. there was plenty of after plans, that could have been processed, as the friendly staff explained, they let us grieve in time, until we were ready, the whole appointment took about 2hrs intotal, the staff are excellent, they treat pet owners with respect, and treat all animals, big n small with great detail. I'm a happy customer that will continue to return
with many other pets. unfortunally, the day we did have to go in, our pet didn't reurn home with us.
Sad, yes. but thinking about the friendly staff and support, we were given, that day could have been alot worse.
