M&M are an absolute disgrace. Put down mice bait boxes when I Cleary had a rat infestation. They charged me $330.00 and on inspection of invoice noted there was no warranty on the work. Called today , (after a reputable pest control company came to sort out the issue) to ask for a refund and was abused. I’m so upset and feel like a total fool. I’ve been totally ripped off by these thieves.

M&M have helped me out over the past 8 years or so with various pest problems. They have always been very polite and helpful on the phone, and jobs are always done with minimal fuss and no issues. Couldn't recommend M&M highly enough.

Absolute shonks......Coachroaches never left our house. And on the reciept they wrote no warranty for German cochroaches...thats why i called them out. Crooked as a dogs hind leg!!!!!!

I would never recommend this pest controller. They came out and did half a job, the guy on the job complained for most of the time and when I rang to discuss getting them out to complete the job they would return my call. I rang 3 times but no retturned call. I couldn’t get past the call centre ladies.
If you’re looking for a pest controller go past these people and keep looking.

Extremely disappointed, never stopped seeing ants and red backs. White tails even popped up inside... Said they couldn't spray the trampoline and outdoor play equipment even though there was red backs on it all????? Claim their products are kid friendly but wouldn't use them on the kids play equipment?????

We had been infested with fleas over the Xmas holidays and needed to get someone in quick. After calling several companies and leaving messages (that didn't return our calls for several days) M & M answered there phone first up and gave me a quick and prompt quote and booked me in straight away. The price was a little higher than we had paid at other pest controls but we were desperate. Kevin turned up on a stinking hot day and he listened to our situation and told me exactly what he was going to do. He was quick and very tidy. It has been a couple of weeks now and we seem to be free of the fleas so the product and service has compensated for the cost.
