Has now moved to 163 O'Connell St, North Adelaide. Has changed slightly in terms of the menu since the move. Great food and excellent service.

Approximate cost: $120

Really tasty Mexican food. Hate not being able to book a table - mainly because I hate waiting. Unfortunately there's no choice here, so we tend to skip lunch and go for an early dinner. I loathe coriander so have to make sure they don't add any on otherwise it's on everything.... almost. Burgers are good but the nachos are my favourites. Margaritas are pretty delish too. Serves are a little small, but designed for sharing which means you get to try a number of dishes.

An excellent Mexican dining experience! Great atmosphere, delicious food and service with a smile.

The ribs were fantastic, slow cooked for 10 hours, the meat just fell off the bone. Enjoyed the nachos, tacos and of course a margarita!.

We were "lucky" to get a table because it was packed with people. I would suggest you book so you wont be disappointed. We will definitely book next time.

With friends living nearby this restaurant we decided to give it a go as we all love mexican food. We were very lucky to get a table for 4 as it really was busy and we didn't want to get take away, so make sure you book.

We decided to share our meals so we could try a bit of everything starting with the nachos - absolutely scrumptious, they didn't overdo it with the cheese, it was perfect, we all devoured them. We tried their tacos and of course their Lucky Ribs which was my husbands absolute favourite of all. The meat was so tender and the homemade sauce was flavoursome.

The food and service was excellent, we will definitely be returning.

Get in quick. This one gets really full and there's a long wait if you don't book. Otherwise, just opt for take away. It's almost as good as dining in.
Try the burger. It's decent value for what you get. The chips are crispy and tasty.
The ribs are something else. It looks a little pricey, but when you taste it, you'll know what I mean.
I see other people eating all the other menu options, but there's only so much room in my belly... until next time!

Approximate cost: $avg

Fantastic Mexican place where you can dine in or take-away. Great for those nights you don't want to cook or eat out. The nachos were divine and the Lucky Ribs were so tender and the tacos to die for. Highly recommend. The only down side is they don't take bookings.

Despite having to wait out in the cold for 30-45 minutes due to the busy state of the restaurant, the food was excellent, service is amazing. Only problem is you can not call up to book and they do not allow bookings. There is one waitress there, don't know her name, but she is great and funny! The food is yummy street mexican, fresh.

Awesome Mexican food, is a very small restaurant but very funky felt like we were dining in LA with the cool neon sign out the front, be wary though as getting a car park is a bit tricky due to being very close to the hospital, getting back to the food though was authentic Mexican not tex mex, can't wait to dine there again.

Absolutely DELICIOUS authentic Mexican food.
Major downside is that they are so popular and don't take bookings. I made the mistake of trying to go for dinner on Friday and it was PACKED, with a huge line out front. However, takeaway was an option. Waited about fifteen minutes, got our food and went home. Small servings, but very delicious.

This is by far the best Mexican food in Adelaide! I lived in central & south America so I know authentic Mexican food! The prices are affordable-- the servings may be a bit small but that's cos they are for sharing-- which is exactly the way the Mexicans have their meals! I love plantain chips & am so glad that I can satisfy them at lucky Lupitas! The margaritas are amazing too!! If you love Mexican-- then you have to go-- the line may be long but so worth it!!

Approximate cost: $15
