Bought their North Coast Mixed Firewood. I have used a wood fire for heating for over 40 years and this was one of the 2 worst loads of firewood I have ever had. Did not appear to be well seasoned as it was hard to keep it alight even when a piece was placed on a well established and hot burning fire.

Brought this to their attention and hopefully a remedy can be found.
