Absolutely terrible service.
l would not recommend this place to anyone.
Low cost Conveyancing miscalculated my adjustments at settlement costing me $1060 in the favour of the vendor.
Happy vendor.
Now after 6 weeks of constant emails, phone calls and visits and still without a response.
l am now taking this to vcat.

I bought my first house. Ashley & his staff helped me every step of the way to achieve this. They looked at my contract and found problems that I never knew existed and then they got the vendor to reduce to the price of the house by $3000!!!! which made me very happy.

I sold my house through them and they were exceptional. I then sub divided my land into a 6 lot subdivision and was blown away by knowledge that they have. Now I am buying again and didn't look anywhere else. In the past I have used other Conveyancers and Solicitor',s but these guys are much better and cheaper! :)
