When I initially signed my lease, the agent I was dealing with tried to see how much more per week I would be willing to pay if it meant getting the place over someone else. Not a good start! I didn't buy into it, and was still able to rent the property at the original listed price. Whenever I need to call them, I am often put on hold for a very long time, and no one has ever offered to call me back -- I have to ask them to. They have also mismanaged a few small matters regarding my property. Not a great business.
