Yes, the prices are expensive and yes unless you are a millionaire you generally feel poor when you walk into the store when you start looking at price tags. However, I can say without a doubt this store has the highest customer service I have ever experienced. Nothing is too much trouble. I purchased a bag which does not even have a mark on it and I havent exactly been careful with it. Worth the investment.
