Bought some fish for my partner as a present, the staff were really helpful in the choices, the prices were high as fish are pretty expensive, although pretty good value for the smaller fish. the area is large with many viewing tanks, the staff knew their stuff and it was quiet a good experience. would buy future fish from here.

The staff are very friendly, always willing to help you out and know alot about the products they are selling. I learn something new about fish and products every time I visit the shop. If, by chance, they don't have a product your after, they do everything possible to order it in for you at the quickest time possible.

I wanted some siamese algae eaters and the guy in charge knew exactly what I wanted. These fish are easily mixed up and other fish are mistaken for them, but the person in charge knew about this and was very careful to make sure I got what I needed. Unfortunately, they were very small and rather expensive!
