We go here at least twice every time we come to Lorne. Meals have always been good and the play area makes it all worth it. Our three kids share a meal and hubby and I can get away with sharing when the budget is tight! Really nice!!

I stopped by for a quick lunch with my family and was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. I ordered the crumbed calamari and the beer battered wedges, which tasted fresh and delicious. The prices were quite reasonable when you consider the great quality of the meals. Also the staff were very welcoming and attentive and made sure our plates were removed just after we were finished with them. There's gluten free and vegetarian options available on the menu, which suits a wider range of people and the restaurant is in a beautiful location.

Lorne hotel was a lovely lunch dining experience.
The burger and parmi were of generous tasty portions. Chips tasty and salad nice.
Chef was able to cater for change in order (no onions).
Great view of the ocean and relaxed comfortable setting.
Very happy to recommend

Boasting beautiful views, prime location, awesome space outside yet I was totally let down by my meal....
I chose the 'Beetroot quinoa salad' which was listed on the menus to have ROASTED Beetroot & Persian Fetta (amongst other ingredients).
Sounds great right??!
But then it appeared before me.
Pretty sure, although there was Fetta, it was not Persian.
The ROASTED Beetroot was most likely (as I can't be sure, but tasted and looked EXACTLY the same) plucked straight from a tin. No roasting of the beet.
TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED.
Paid what I'd consider a lot for a meal that WAS NOT as the menu implied.

I stayed at the lorne hotel on the weekend for 2 nights. Although the rooms are not the modernist, I enjoyed my weekend. The rates were dirt cheap and for a balcony I highly recommend staying here. Right in the middle of Lorne. There is an interconnecting restaurant and bar so you don't even need to leave the hotel.

i really enjoyed my meal here and its in a beautiful location with ocean views,the service was quite speedy a little bit pricey but overall worth the money for the lovely meal

the food here was great and very well priced for the sizing of the portions. we werent left waiting long for our meals and my steak was cooked to how i asked for it.

Always good food! Great feeling and vibe! Been great to come with the kids every time! Their menu remains the same except for the changing specials board so you always know there are good things to eat! Beautiful views and fairly good price!

This place is lovely. The view over the beach is just as it should be in this part of town. The food is lovely and reasonably priced. Nice beers on tap, such as bees nees, a fav. Have also stayed in the accomodation here, and whilst it's pub accom, sharing amenities, it's fun and clean!
