Avoid at all costs, absolute joke both stores blame each other for there stuff ups, ruined a DRESS. Avoid these stores the guy is rude [Redacted inflammatory comment] Came back 3 times the dress is ruined and still not finished.

Do not go here! I needed a dress hemmed for a wedding, went to pick it up at the allocated time (on the day of the wedding) and they had lost it! An hour after it turned up at the other shop. Needless to say I was late to the wedding! Workmanship was satusfactory. Go somewhere in the arcade!

I had to collect my daughters pants which were to be repaired and picked them up as they were ready, and got them home only to discover the part of the repair work hadn't been done. The workmanship is fine, but you do pay for the privilage of the convenience of having alterations done at the plaza. There are others in the arcades which are far more reasonable. You have to make sure you are very clear on the price that there is nothing further to pay. A couple who were at the counter while I was waiting had paid for some pants to be hemmed at what was the usual price of around $23 and they were charged an extra $10. So only go if you are desperate because other tailors in the arcades are much better value.
