Last month, I purchased a custom leather Jacket through a company on the internet - sending them my exact measurements. When they arrived, they were way too big and did not fit at all. I took them to Looksmart-Floreat Forum. Definitely, It was not an easy project. When I picked up the jacket I was speechless!!
