Great food that's almost homely in taste but fantastic in ingredient selection. Very friendly staff who make you feel welcome.

Nestled in the heart of Elwood, Little Sunflower is where all the locals are going for their boost of daily nutrients without the "this just tastes like grass" factor.
The menu is organic, sustainable, seasonal, free range, handcrafted and 'ethical' according to the marketing. From what i've seen and tasted, it feels correct.
I've had the Cool As super smoothie which contains cucumber, kale, mango, spirulina, ginger, lemon and coconut water amongst other dishes from the menu which includes brunch standards such as smashed avo.
