Have had lunch here twice and I'm sorry to say the food is very average (and that is talking it up). I really think they need to try a lot harder. Even the hot chips are borderline. The staff are very friendly and the atmosphere is quite nice. The food is the only thing that lets them down.

first experience was very bad, waited way too long for meals, second time meals were absolutely fantastic, bar staff are very nice but also quite slow, not somewhere I will frequent as all focus seems to be on the gaming area

First impression of the club is really great as it is brand new. Customer service is lacking in the bistro area and confusion between staff members seems to be happening alot. Bar staff were lovely and helpful, good prices.
