Great little surf club restaurant. Food is always above standard and the view is amazing, Especially if it's whale season. Staff are always friendly and caring. Can be busy, booking is always a good idea

The food is moderately priced, the breakfast menu is my favourite.
The kiosk downstairs is awesome too for a fly by coffee before after or during s beach visit. Really friendly staff that work there who make good coffee. Often fresh muffins available too!
Definitely stop in if you are in town!

Firstly what an amazing location! Unfortunately the food and coffee is very hit and miss. You may on occasion get a cold cappuccino or another table's meal. When they're having a good day, they really make some delicious food. Prices are what you'd expect for a tourist area on the beachfront.

Below average which is such a shame. This is a killer location for a cafe/restaurant.
On the occasion I went there for breakfast the owner sat us down as they were quite full. He told me next time I should make a booking and seemed annoyed.
Food came out pretty slowly and was cold, and not very interesting. Mine was a field mushroom toast thing.. don't get it, it's pretty meh (and expensive!!)
Another occasion I went there for a quick coffee with a friend, it was empty. They would not let me and my friend sit on any of the tables as they were fully for dinner. I explained we would only be here for maximum 30 minutes and we were there mid afternoon - they still made us sit on the stools near the window. It was a very strange situation.. I wish i had of taken a photo.
The third and final occasion I went there (will never go there again) I ordered two take away coffees and they were both incorrect. I was given two soy caps (vom) instead of regular milk latte. Not sure how they stuffed that up - oh and they were just left sitting there on the bar whilst I stood and waited for them one of the waiters came up and said "Oh I think they are your coffees" I was the only person waiting for take away. ANYHOO don't spend your money here.

Its a great spot. They run the Kiosk downstairs as well and actually the coffee I have had from there is WAY better and WAY quicker and correct each time and the staff are total dudes. Its strange how they got one part so so right and the other part... so so wrong :(
