i took my daughters computer in to be repaired.(i am hopeless on these things). after a quick examination, i was told it would be a long job, i left it there and walked off worried but i knew it needed to be repaired. when i returned two days later to pick it up i was shocked to find out the cost was well below what i had thought and he had put some repair programs on it at no charge. the computer worked better than it did new and i have followed the instructions he gave me and have not had a problem since. i could not reccomend a better person to fix a computer except maybe bill gates.
