Placed an order a month ago, they say its posted but provide no tracking number, they don't answer emails, don't provide a contact number but then I found both a mobile and landline and both rang out, well well, shonky indeed, they cashed my money through
Wondering if these are the same guys now trading as Z L Pet Equine Group.....? Similar experience, still waiting for my products from 3 months ago. Can't get a straight answer from them. Seems pretty dodgy.
Placed an order with Lealean on 17th January 2015, still waiting! No explanation, no goods, no refund, no contact. Does anyone have contact details for Lealean. Matter now with Fair Trading and my credit provider.
How did you go with Fair Trading?
I placed an order on jan 1st for some dog food and some bird seed for my animals. I received my order on jan 8th but noticed one of the bag of dog food had been opened. I contacted lealean pet supplies and within 4 days I recieved a new bag of food no questions asked. I appreciate the service and the replacement bag as I realise things happen from time to time. I will be a returning customer and I appreciate the prices being on a strict budget but still doing the best for my beloved animals

Wondering if these are this company is now trading as Z L Pet Equine Group? Sounds very similar to my experience, ordered and paid for 3 months ago, still trying to get a straight answer out of them.
Online Pet Supplies & Lealen Pet are same owners with Fair Trading aware of their scamming but yet they still manage to keep trading under different online trading names. It's a disgrace.
YES they are now trading under ZL pet and equine, they have tried to coverup by putting the business name under someone else's name this time (Greg knows if he puts under his name everyone notices by doing an abn search or search of the website domain) but they stuffed up on several occassions revealing that they are the same company! I have been ripped off as well. I buy heaps of petproducts from various online retailers and this is the first one I've run into issues with. I didn't do my homework well before purchasing, then after getting various excuse I looked them up and wow they are corrupt. They have been to court, shut down, and have facebook pages dedicated to exposing them. Make sure to spread the word that they are the same people as Lealean and Sharlee feedstocks.
