Saturday 12 September was my birthday and I was surprised first thing in the morning with a gift voucher to enjoy a full body Sweedish massage at your day spa...

Let me tell you...I was not dissapointed...the experience exceeded anything I could have wished for and set me up to have one of the most enjoyable and memorable birtddays of my life.

I arrived at 8:15 and was welcomed by what I can only term as the most wonderful cutomer service experience I have had in years...your receptionist made me feel at home instantaneously... and provided great assistance when I had questions about filling in the forms. Also, she was a great reminder that it does not cost to smile...it achieves priceless results.

I was then escorted to the waiting room, where beautifully relaxing music was playing... as I enquired about it, the receptionist promised me to look it up on the CD and write it down while I was getting pampered... and she delivered!!! Band and title... I now own a CD I enjoy listening to most days.

Louise came to greet and escort me to the room where everything had been beautifully prepared for my moment of relaxation... Louise was professional, polite, kind and just the most wonderful massage therapist I have ever experienced... she applied pressure as if by instinct and enabled me to relax while sharing a very enjoyable conversation... what more can I say, other than the fact that this beautiful moment was over far to soon...

Louise made my day...and when the day is a birthday, it just means so much more...actually, it made my weekend and my week...as I have remained in the relaxed and light- hearted state of mind, Louise left me in, since then...

Once the massage was over, I was offered orange juice and muesli with yogurt... this hit the spot and energized me...by the time I left your spa, I was feeling both energised, relaxed, calm and light hearted... quite the achievement, and I owe it to Louise and your receptionist.

Again, I would like to thank you and your beautiful people for contributing to set the scene for a fabulously radiant birthday.

I have a regular remedial massage with Corrina and it is always fantastic - the girls at the front desk are also friendly and helpful at all times.
I would recommend this service to anyone - I feel amazing after every massage.

I have a lot of problems with my skin its oily, dehydrated, congested, acne prone and scarring and for the last 5 months I've been so confident in my skin all thanks to Louise!! I have never ever been able to say this about my skin before but my skin looks AMAZING now. The people and the service definitely make it worth the 40 minute drive to get there. If you want ultimate indulgence and a friendly conversation u will not be disappointed.

Very tallented ! i enjoyed my massage so much, considering im in the beauty industry myself i rarely let myself relax and enjoy. But on this rare occasion i floated away and definetly loved my treatment
