Lars came on time, did a great job at a reasonable price, and was courteous and friendly. He suggested improvements that I had not thought of, and for which I am very grateful to him for suggesting. He is a decent, honest guy, as all the other reviews say. I can't rate him highly enough.

He was great - came at the right time and the quote was good. I'd definitely recommend him to others. He was actually a really nice guy.

Unfortunately after confirming the booking twice, it rained on the day the work was supposed to be done (inside the house) and they simply did not turn up. When called by our builder to find out where they were, they claimed that confirmation wasn't received despite responding to it and that if we weren't able to settle on the day they did not have to attend. Very poor customer service. Avoid them and seek a professional operator if you don't want your time wasted.

Lars was prompt efficient and dealt with our plumbing problems with professional good humour - couldn't rate him highly enough, recommend without hesitation.
