Excellent care. Would highly recommend this hospital.
Have had a few stays there, and could not fault the care my Partner and I have both received at Lake Mac Private.

I have just spent 6 days in the hill ward and can’t Thank all the staff for their excellent service. They were all friendly and respective of my situation. This was my second 6 day stay in 6months. The food was excellent and served by friendly staff and the ward was always clean and tidy. Unfortunately I have a prolapsed disc in my lower back and the new beds in the ward did not give me any comfort. Bring back the comfy beds Thank You all A1 service

From the time my husband entered emergency the treatment he received was exceptional. The ICU department went above and beyond to give him the best care possible. I can not speak highly enough of the doctors and nurses and the tremendous care they have given us

I recently went in for day surgery & most of the staff were great.I had one nurse that was rushing to do everything because it was a busy morning & I thought for the price I was paying that she could've taken a bit more time to go through my details- I felt like it was an inconvenience for her to have to go through it with me. The majority of the other staff were really great,though I did get a shock when I woke up in recovery to 4-5 nurses talking quite loudly about someone's birthday.The hospital itself is clean & professionally run but maybe they could try to not schedule so many appointments for one day so that the staff have more time to focus on who is there.

Spent 3 days in Lake Mac Private hospital for stomach surgery, staff were all friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Fine service, no problems. All nurses knew what they were doing, and seemed to be on top of things before they happened.
