I love this place, but unfortunately- too many people have discovered it! Authentic, well priced, always satisfying and great staff. I love the theme nights, and the ample street parking. GF options are divine.

Great Mexican food here! The Quesadillas are amazing and really affordable. Worth the price!

Okay, so when I moved to Melbourne, I was really excited for the food scene here, but was very quickly disappointed at how terrible most of the Mexican food was. I come from Wisconsin, where we have a huge Mexican population, and I knew great Mexican. I stumbled across this place while putzing around online and went over there as fast as I could to see for myself if this was the real thing. It is!! Fresh corn tortillas, no nasty flour, good ingredients, and clearly owners with a passion. I can live peacefully now, knowing I can get my taco fix!

Great mexican bistro which is 5 stars with a 3 star price. Nothing could be better. I loved the atmosphere and surrounds, it is very true to the mexican culture, without being tacky or overly stereotypical. The food is very wholesome and hearty, in terms of flavour and serving sizes. The toppings are piled high on the tortillas and extend out to the edges. No need to ration the fillings to stretch it out. There is plenty. For dessert, the flan is delicious.

This place is getting very popular, very fast so expect a crowd. They make their own tortillas and they are by far the best I have ever had - makes some of the trendier Mexican places in town look a bit sad in comparison. The staff were friendly despite being rushed off their feet. Menu is limited but what they do they do very well. A must try if you like Mexican food.
