Visiting Sydney for a few days and staying in the CBD, it was a challenge to find somewhere for dinner that didn't cost the earth!
Luckily we found La Bora Pizzeria. Set downstairs from the street, it was warm, cosy and had a nice atmosphere. Lots of locals dining but not too crowded. The waitress at our table was polite and pleasant.
I ordered the lasagne. An enormous piece of lasagne appeared, tasty homecooked style, very good value. My friend ordered pizza, another great choice, it was tasty and was good value.
We were tempted by the desserts, and intended to have dessert, but were too full from our main courses! Next time we promised ourselves!
The soft drinks and beers we ordered were reasonable priced compared to other eating places in Sydney.
Next time I am in Sydney, I will head straight to La Bora for dinner.

The food at La Bora is consistently good, I always enjoy eating here. Their pizzas are my favourite meal to order. Service is good, and the pricing is on par with other Italian restaurants in the Sydney CBD.

The food here is nicely done and fresh and of great quality. The meals are worth the prices paid and service is fine.
