I was recommended to use this hypnotherapist for counselling and hypnotherapy for weight loss help after having a baby. I lost the first 10 kilos myself but found I couldnt budge the last 7 kilos and was feeling really de motivated and low in energy as I was struggling with my new baby and trying to maintain regular exercise. The sessions helped me with my motivation to continue my exercise and healthy eating and stay on track. Over the next 6 months I lost the last 7 kilos and have kept it off. It feels great to be back to my pre baby weight. I am fitter than I was before I had my baby and now have a more consistant attitude to healthy eating. Before these sessions I would go for two week stints of eating really healthy and then blowing it again. Now I consistantly eat healthier options and feel alot more relaxed around food. The best thing overall is I love the fact that I can be around junk food now and dont feel like I am missing out when I dont eat it.
