Please be very careful not to order medium at this shop unless you want really HOT.....unbearable for us and we like Spice! Also, the Rogan Josh and Butter Chicken had the identical same sauce (from appearance when we arrived home) a really hot red colour and definite taste of Cayenne. They are generous with the amount of protein in these serves but we would prefer quality meals. Priced for economy. It was a busy day and the distance was short. At a guess, I think they make 1 or 2 stock sauces for everything. Take Care!

Fortunately, these people didn't stay there for long, maybe that is a good thing for people's digestive systems and Indian Cuisine.

A HANDY TIP WHEN ORDERING INDIAN MEALS:
It pays to know if the Restaurant makes their meals on the milder side or the hotter side, for instance, a medium serve may be too mild or too hot for your tastebuds. A good Indian Restaurant will have the right balance for mild, medium and hot. You may like to read my other Indian Reviews - one of them is a classic example of that!

2020 UPDATE: We learnt a valuable lesson that day, that it's much better buying Indian Takeaway from a Restaurant that does both, than a small shop.

Not too long ago, I noticed a different venue when driving pass one day and thought I might check them out another day. Not very long after that, they shut down too, when I went to call in. I had quite a strong feel that the new business didn't go well because people didn't dare to venture after the previous place - that they had jeopardized things for the next tenants of that venue. It was an unforgettable experience for us and it must have been for a lot of folk. People apparently associated that place with Bad Food because there is plenty of parking there and it's a nice location.

As much as I enjoy a hot curry, this sounds like one I should miss. I prefer quality over quantity. thanks

A great place to grab a curry from if you don't mind the wait. Everything is made fresh so usually a wait of about 30 minutes can be expected. Take away menus area available so pre-ordering is recommended. The $7 dinner special is a favourite which includes any dish with rice. Garlic Naan bread is a little too strong but the Plain Naan bread is yummy and a very generous serve.
