I have done my hair color in there. I am not satisfied with my hair color i told them other color but they color my hair in different color i also told them i am not satisfied I don’t want this color. Some of the part of my hair doesn’t have color they just destroyed my hair . Its very dry as well she told me she has used good bleach at my hair and will not fall my hair is falling off as well as color is faded after i wash my hair at first wash. Its really ridiculous I don’t know what to do with my hair my hair is so uneven . Please guys don’t go in there they just take money not good customer service at all. Its very frizzy.look at this is what they have colored my hair.Also when i confronted them that i am not happy at all, i thought they would fix it but they said,” Sorry, we can’t do anything now”.

I am so glad that Kuncha Hair and Neauty Art has opened a new shop in Rockdale now as I don't need to travel all the way to Ashfield for my hair and threading for my eyebrow. They are doing well with this shop as well as they offer the same service as in Ashfield which includes hair colouring, hair cut, hair perm , permanent straightening and many more as well as my favourite eyebrow threading. The girls who work in this shop are nice and friendly as well. The prices for the services are very reasonable compared to lots of other beauty salon around Rockdale.
