KU provided us with the worst 1st childcare experience!
They called us to advise they had room for our little one. We immediately went to inspect on a Friday and liked the centre although we thought [redacted personal identifier] wasn't very warm and welcoming but anyhow the carers seemed very nice. We confirmed our enrolment the following week. [redacted name] confirmed all was ok but for some reason wouldn't put it in writing.
We chased her with 3 consecutive emails to which she didn't respond as she was "to busy" (her own words!) but confirmed over the phone all was ok and we could cancel all other childcare options. After 3 more phone calls (and another week later), the last one yesterday morning, she confirmed AGAIN that all was good and confirmed our enrolment and in the afternoon sent us an email to advise they couldn't accept any further enrolment!!! Not even the courtesy to give us a call!
KU, finding a childcare in sydney is hard enough, you don't need to put the extra effort to make it harder for families!
Funny though, my friend called yesterday to make a request and she's been told there is availability! Shame on you KU for such a bad service and lack of decency!
At the end, i think this is a blessing in disguise... don't even want to imagine what type of your care you provide in the the centres if this is how you treat your customers at subscription stage!
