Will have to be Australia's worst company. Staff quite useless and inadequate to deal with. Head office staff is non-responsive to queries and complaints. Since being taken over by Chinese business, Kresta has lost its sense of good customer service. Instead they are quick at grabbing the customer's money and provide the following:
1. Lousy Blinds that don't fit well and aligned with the windows.
2. Neither the salesman nor the fitters could get the window measurements right!!!! (get them some standard measuring tapes if you can't afford electronic devices like other companies.
3. The fitters butchered the window frame just to make the blinds fit (not their fault, must the window)
4. Customer service refused to put telephone call through to head of customer service in WA, Malaga.
5. Kresta promotes themselves as Australia's biggest Blind and Curtains. All manufacturing are out of the company's parent company in China.
6. One of the most untrustworthy and cunning Australian listed companies around.
Shop around and don't trust the sweet talking ladies at the stores as they are just puppets who have no authority and decision making .
