I am very disappointed at the workmanship of this plumber. I recently contracted their services to complete plumbing for a bathroom renovation. Initially, when they were doing the 'rough-in', the workmanship looked very poor. Then, when they came back to connect the fittings and fixtures, they put them in with gaps between the appliances and tiles, and placed the vanity in a space where I did not want it to go. This was without consultation. When we discussed this with them, they promised to fix it up. In hindsight, it is clear that not only did they place the plumbing in the incorrect areas, despite our detailed drawings, they placed the initial pipes in wonky. When they came back to 'fix' the placement and other problems, they cracked the ceramic vanity. When confronted about this, they said that they would take the cost off the price: which they did. They then said that everything was hooked up, and ready to use. After they left and received payment, we inspected the work, and noticed that they hadn't reconnected the taps, and had also not joined up the pipe underneath the vanity. Apart from the very poor plumbing practices, we ended up having to contact a new plumber to come and finish off what this plumber didn't do. Very disappointed, upset, and out of pocket. I would not recommend their services to anyone... Give them' a wide birth.
