A great comfortable and quiet motel to stay in Halls Gap. Close to the main shopping strip and close to all the best walks in the area. Plenty of wildlife in the area with Kangaroos hopping around at dusk and Kookaburra's laughing away. The hosts are very lovely and friendly.

The room was comfortable and clean, although the decor was a little outdated. The owners were very welcoming and offered advice on tourist attractions and which walking/hiking tracks to go on.

We could see kangaroos eating in the grassed area outside our outdoor balcony type area, and also got to see some cockatoos perched on the fence in the morning.

It was only a couple of minutes walk into the main shopping area in the town where their are little boutique stores and gift shops, along with quite a few cafes and a nearby restaurant.
